Director of Sales

Nationwide Experience: Minimum 5 Years Lighting Sales

Salary: Based on Experience

Job Duties:

  • Make sale calls to existing clients, develop new relationships and create opportunities.
  • Grow existing and new client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Drive lead generation efforts directly and in conjunction with marketing and business development.
  • Represent at industry and trade association events by providing educational and informational seminars, speaking engagements, product training events, and other public presentation, in support of growing brand presence within all channels.
  • Identify and track issues that impact our business, develop company position and ensure they are communicated to the appropriate audiences both internal and external.
  • Participate in the preparation and pricing of bid proposals. Assist in the strategy for purchasing projects.
  • Develop client presentations. Provide support and assistance to co-workers on closed jobs.
  • Follow up regularly with customers on status of jobs quoted.
  • Prepare paperwork and necessary documentation after a job has been awarded. Achieve sales targets and objectives.
